Upload limit, both POST text and file is 8MB (bit tighter for images) - I think we will be fine. I feel like I should wrap this up. It is pretty much done. Only thing is, I leave for a 2 month vaccation in a week - and although I will probably have good internet there as well, I can't guarantee that I will be able to check in at home if power outage or/and my home IP changes. I have taken some precautions, like jump host and web-browser automatically turns itself on and there is a function that sends the new IP address to my work slack account if it changes.

I am still divided on how to do indent-reply-to-reply the best way. Facebook seems to have fixed this, but the way I see it, it become unmanageble fast. Maybe the best way is to not use treading, just flat, one post, and the rest is sequential after it?

I also am finding the pulldown menu on the top right a bit cumbersome, I think I will make buttons instead, same style kind of like the buttons on each topic.

Intermittent. Sometimes, but not always, the display will start jumping up and down after scrolling to the bottom of the signon page. See the video about 34 seconds in. NOTES: (1) I'm not touching the mouse wheel after the page starts jumping. (2) It continues to bounce after moving the mouse off the browser window and opening other windows over the browser window. (3) I can't get it to start bouncing until after going to the "About" page, then returning by clicking the browser back arrow (see video). (4) Scrolling upward a few lines will stop the bounce.

I think it has to do with the dynamic content loader. I will look into it, although I am having a bad time trying to reproduce it.

Maybe a hardware issue. It doesn't bounce on my Intel laptop, just on my homebrew AMD desktop. Both use the same release of Xubuntu 24.04. Anyway, probably low priority if I'm the only one seeing it.

I see dynamic loading doesn't work for people who are not logged in. They only get the 10 first post, but I am tempted to leave it that way. I find it a bit challenging to use AI to write code directly using a program running in the terminal. Usually I just use AI and ask it to write pieces of code, but here it is handling the whole codebase. I have read and done some manual edits, and there is a couple of times it tries to fix a problem, but there is no change. It's a process, and I think it is going to get better. As it is now, there is clearly an advantage knowing how to code and how code works, even when using AI like this.
